Job Title: Deputy Safety Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management
Relevant safety certifications will be an added advantage
Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial projects
Requirements:
Experience in industrial projects such as power plants, desalination plants, and refineries
Prior experience working with EPC contractors, clients, or owner organizations
Strong knowledge of HSE standards, policies, and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and monitoring site safety policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Coordinate with EPC contractors, clients, and site teams on safety matters
Support incident investigation and corrective action implementation
