Job Title: Customer Service & Admin Assistant

Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: High School / Diploma / Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, office administration, or related roles

Requirements:
Valid transferable residency in Kuwait
Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and assist with administrative duties

Responsibilities:
Attend to customer inquiries, calls, and emails professionally
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Assist with scheduling, meetings, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Support management with reports and correspondence
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
