Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced L2/L3 application support for ERP systems (Odoo & Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
Design and implement ERP customizations, automation, and system enhancements
Monitor system performance, stability, and data integrity
Support integrations with internal and external business systems
Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams for issue resolution
Ensure adherence to support SLAs and documentation standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Application Support or Software Development
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in C#.NET, Python
Experience with REST APIs and SQL databases
Hands-on experience with Odoo (v12–v17)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CRM)
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Cloud and DevOps exposure (Azure, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker)
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
KWD 1,800 – 2,500 per month
(Based on Senior ERP Application Support role, Kuwait market, and 5+ years experience)
