Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks

Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical components
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines for model coordination and clash detection
• Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and codes
• Support preparation of technical documents and as-built models
• Assist project teams during design reviews and construction phases
• Utilize BIM tools such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and related software
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Technology or related field
• Proven experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling or a similar role
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and construction
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
