Job Title: Planning Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Chemical / Electrical preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in planning within any SABIC-affiliated plant
Hands-on experience with SAP for planning and reporting
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Ability to prepare project timelines, progress reports, and KPI dashboards
Experience coordinating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and progress reports
Monitor project execution and highlight delays or issues
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely resource availability
Use SAP to track progress, generate reports, and update schedules
Support project managers in planning, forecasting, and risk management
Ensure compliance with plant standards and procedures
