Data Entry / Receptionist – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves accurate document handling, maintaining filing systems, and providing professional front-desk support.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, scan, and store documents accurately
Maintain and update the physical filing system
Control and track document flow within the department
Review documents for accuracy and compliance
Retrieve files as required and report any discrepancies
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of records
Greet visitors and answer calls professionally
Support general office and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or higher
Experience in data entry and document control
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills
