Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, testing, and commissioning
Ensure compliance with FM standards, safety regulations, and SOPs
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports
Coordinate with FM supervisors and operations teams
Support energy efficiency, system optimization, and uptime targets
Respond to breakdowns and service requests within SLAs

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Certification:
Professional HVAC certification or relevant technical certification (Mandatory)

Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
Proven background in facility management and maintenance environments

Skills:
Strong technical proficiency in HVAC diagnostics, operations, and troubleshooting
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and within FM teams

Additional Requirements:
Open to all nationalities
Immediate availability required
