Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant technical qualification or trade experience (role-dependent)
Proven experience in the same or a similar supervisory role
Prior experience working on large-scale projects preferred
Requirements:
Ability to work in operational and site-based environments
Strong safety awareness and commitment to hygiene standards
Good teamwork and leadership skills
Immediate availability is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Supervise cleaning teams and oversee daily housekeeping operations
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service quality standards are consistently maintained
Coordinate manpower allocation to meet operational requirements
Monitor work performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation
Coordinate with site management and other departments as required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500 per month
Compensation Type: Monthly
