Job Title: Genset Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant technical qualification, Diploma, or Engineering degree (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
ITI / Vocational certification for Technician roles
Proven experience in operating and maintaining diesel generator systems
Experience in large-scale projects, infrastructure, or industrial facilities preferred
Supervisory experience required for Engineer/Supervisor roles
Requirements:
Strong understanding of diesel genset operations and preventive maintenance
Ability to work in operational and site-based environments
Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
Capability to work independently and as part of a technical team
Immediate availability is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain diesel generator systems
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and system reliability
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
Troubleshoot genset faults and coordinate timely repairs
Supervise genset operations and technical teams (Engineer/Supervisor roles)
Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and compliance documentation
Coordinate with site management and other engineering teams
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
Genset Engineer: SAR 6,500 – 8,500 per month
(Supervisor / Technician salary as per experience and role level)
Compensation Type: Monthly
