Key Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate tender and proposal submissions for infrastructure and tunnelling projects
Develop and review technical submissions, BOQs, and cost estimates
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with engineering, planning, and commercial teams during bid preparation
Ensure submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines
Support bid clarifications, revisions, and pre-award discussions
Maintain tender documentation and proposal records
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in tendering and proposal preparation
Proven hands-on experience in infrastructure and tunnelling projects in Qatar
Technical & Professional Skills:
Strong knowledge of BOQs, technical submissions, and cost estimation
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender requirements
Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Salary Offered: QAR 15,000 – 20,000 per month
Compensation Type: Monthly
