Job Title: HSE Officer – Oil & Gas Projects
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Safety Management
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory
3–6 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas or industrial projects
Experience working on site-based or remote project locations preferred

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HSE standards, procedures, and risk management practices
Familiarity with Oil & Gas safety regulations and permit-to-work systems
Ability to conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to work in challenging site conditions
Immediate or short-notice availability preferred

Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
Ensure compliance with client, company, and Qatar Labour Law safety requirements
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training sessions
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
Coordinate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture

Contract, Compensation & Benefits
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 Months
Salary: QAR 6,500 per month
Compensation Type: Monthly
