Job Title: VIP Support Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
5–8 years of experience in End-User IT Support
Minimum 2 years providing dedicated support to VIPs, C-level executives, or senior management
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and AV tools
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and remote support tools
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred
Ability to provide white-glove support in a fast-paced environment
Full-time availability
Responsibilities:
Provide VIP-level IT support to senior executives and high-priority users
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and AV systems
Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site with minimal downtime
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding of VIPs
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes
