Position : Sales Coordinator
Job Location: Ardiya, Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential new clients.
• Present the company's services to clients, highlighting the benefits of using the company and how they meet the clients' needs.
• Ensure optimum customer service within the initial stage.
• Smoothly transit the client to our Customer Service and online services.
• Gain verified information regarding customer's needs.
• Follow up on all quotations issued, to either to obtain the business or liaise with the local Sales Executive to arrange possible sales visits.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support, telesales or coordinator role is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Arab nationality and females preferred.
