About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to join our team and provide professional legal advisory support while managing government affairs activities related to public-sector tenders, contracts, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance to management and internal departments
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations (Kuwait / GCC)
Handle corporate legal matters, including licensing and registrations
Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and government authorities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Minimum 10 years of experience in legal consulting / corporate law
Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills
Kuwaiti nationality is preferred
Male candidates preferred
Local candidate only (Kuwait)
Skills
Strong knowledge of Kuwait laws and regulations
Proven background in legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and government affairs.
Hand-on experience dealing with ministries, public authorities, and regulatory agencies.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
