Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Valid UAE Land Surveyor license or certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of land surveying experience in construction projects
Proficiency in survey software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of local land laws and regulations
