Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation in construction
Strong knowledge of contractual practices, BOQ preparation, and cost control
Proficiency in MS Office, CostX, WinQS, or similar estimating software
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders
