Job Title: CRM Executive – Arabic Speaker
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month

Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Customer Service, or related field preferred
Previous experience in CRM, customer service, or client management is an advantage
Fluent Arabic communication is preferred

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English
Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
