Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field from recognized institutions in the specified countries
Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in telecommunications engineering
Minimum of 5 years oil and gas experience within the GCC region
Proven experience in PMC projects, managing discipline engineers employed by contractors
