Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or related field
Significant teaching experience, with proven leadership skills in an academic department
Strong knowledge of curriculum design and pedagogical strategies in Mathematics
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate staff and students toward academic excellence
