HSE Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Conduct lifting assessments and ensure safe lifting practices are followed.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
• Stay updated on relevant legal regulations and ensure compliance with local HSE laws.
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with HSE standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide HSE training to employees and contractors, ensuring they are aware of safety procedures and protocols.
• Lead accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and recommending preventive actions.
• Conduct safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Immediate availability and residency in Abu Dhabi.
