Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate preferred
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Retail or F&B operations
Prior experience as Shift Supervisor / Store Supervisor / Assistant Manager is an advantage
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of retail or F&B store operations
Good leadership and team-handling skills
Ability to meet sales targets and operational KPIs
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Basic understanding of inventory, cash handling, and reporting
Fluent in Arabic and/or English advantage
