Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Finance functional delivery across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion
Drive full-cycle EBS to Fusion migration projects (minimum 5 cycles)
Manage finance modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, and FA
Perform fit-gap analysis, CRPs, functional design, testing, and data migration
Oversee integrations with Procurement and HR modules
Manage encumbrance accounting configurations and controls
Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and executive communication
Train, mentor, and guide junior consultants and functional teams
Support user training, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Finance background preferred: CA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com
Certifications (Preferred):
Oracle Finance certifications (added advantage)
Technical & Professional Skills:
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance & Oracle EBS
In-depth knowledge of GL, AP, AR, CM, FA modules
Proven ERP migration, testing, and training experience
Excellent consulting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead teams and manage senior client interactions
Experience:
15+ years in Oracle Finance Functional roles
Minimum 5 full-cycle EBS-to-Fusion migration projects
Arabic & English language fluency (mandatory)
Nationality:
Jordanian nationals preferred
Other nationalities acceptable with RP support

Average Market Salary (Estimated – Qatar):
QAR 35,000 – 50,000 per month (Based on seniority, role scope, and regional market benchmarks)
