Job Position – IT Support
Company Name – Papa Johns Pizza
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support to staff (hardware, software, network)
Troubleshoot system, printer, POS, and connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related issues and maintenance
Ensure data security and system backups
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic troubleshooting
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
