Job Position – MEP Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Menasco
Location – Dubai
As part of our continuous expansion, we are currently seeking a high-caliber MEP Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate Level) to join our growing team and work on prestigious projects in Dubai.
Experience: 5–7 years
Preferred Background: MEP / Mechanical / Electrical
Industry: MEP Sub-contractor experience is highly valued

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Manager and handling all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of the project lifecycle, from interim payments to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation, submission, and finalization of Interim Payment Applications
Managing Subcontractor interim & final payments, earned value, and compliance
Identification, pricing, submission, and agreement of Variations
Quantity take-offs from drawings and cost analysis
Strong involvement in FIDIC-based contracts, claims, and EOT submissions
Monitoring cost records, participating in commercial meetings, and supporting project close-out

What We’re Looking For:
Strong hands-on experience in MEP systems
Solid contractual and commercial awareness
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, CostX & MS Office
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate within a multinational, multidisciplinary team
