Job Title: Patient Relations Executive
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 1–3 years in patient relations, healthcare administration, or customer service within a medical/clinical environment
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of patient care processes and hospital/clinic operations
Ability to handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
