VRF & District Cooling
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 5–7 years (UAE experience)
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Job Responsibilities:
Perform PPM and corrective maintenance for VRF systems, FCUs, AHUs, and chilled water systems
Inspect, test, and repair compressors, fan motors, PCBs, valves, and sensors
Diagnose VRF system faults including communication errors and refrigerant issues
Carry out installation, commissioning, leak testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging
Monitor system performance to ensure efficiency and safety compliance
Attend emergency breakdowns and restore operations promptly
Read HVAC drawings, schematics, and control diagrams
Supervision & Coordination:
Supervise junior HVAC technicians
Coordinate with FM teams, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure quality checks prior to handover
Maintain service logs, PPM checklists, and technical reports
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of VRF systems (Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, etc.)
Experience with district cooling systems, FCUs, AHUs, valves, and controls
Familiarity with BMS/CMMS systems and UAE HVAC standards
