Key Responsibilities
Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs)
Work with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA
Build and maintain Generative AI workflows for customer support, content creation, analytics, and automation
Fine-tune AI outputs for accuracy, tone, compliance, and performance
Evaluate model responses and continuously improve prompt effectiveness
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions
Document prompt strategies, workflows, and optimization methodologies

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience:
3–6 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI concepts
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI tools
Proficiency in Python, APIs, and AI/ML platforms
Experience evaluating and improving AI model outputs

Soft Skills:

Ability to think from both user and system perspectives
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Salary Range:
AED 18,000 – 32,000 per month
