Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project work plans defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate technical and administrative teams to ensure timely project execution
Supervise the delivery of government and digital transformation projects
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including ministries, regulators, and vendors
Prepare and submit regular project status, progress, and performance reports
Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans
Oversee preparation of presentations, timelines, and financial reports
Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and standard PM methodologies
Ensure compliance with government policies, procedures, and reporting standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Master’s degree or higher qualification in Management or Project Management (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
Prior experience within government or semi-government sectors (preferred)
Professional Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) (mandatory)
Proven experience delivering digital transformation projects
Strong knowledge of government systems, policies, and work processes
Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Language proficiency: English and Arabic (mandatory)

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 20,000 – 30,000 per month
(Based on UAE market rates for IT Project Managers with 5+ years experience, PMP certification, and government sector exposure)
