To work in with our Projects Department. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records, files, and company documentation
Manage incoming & outgoing correspondence between client, consultant, and project team.
Coordinate with electrical engineers for document submissions and approvals.
Manage incoming & outgoing correspondence between client, consultant, and project team.
Manage document transmittals between clients, consultant, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Monitor document status and follow up on pending approvals and submissions.
Prepare weekly/monthly document control reports for project management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in relevant field.
Strong command of the English and Arabic languages, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
