Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end digital channel solutions within Telecom BSS environments
Define and implement API-led architecture and microservices design patterns
Architect secure, scalable, and cloud-native applications
Lead AWS-based solution design (API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, CloudFormation)
Oversee containerization and orchestration strategies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Define integration patterns and ensure seamless system interoperability
Provide technical leadership and architecture governance
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams
Ensure performance, security, and compliance standards are met
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
Master’s degree (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution design or solution architecture
Proven experience in Telecom BSS and frontend Channels domain
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns
Microservices architecture expertise
AWS services: API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, CloudFormation
Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration
Cloud-native application architecture
Security and scalability best practices
Certifications (Preferred):
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Kubernetes certification (CKA/CKAD)
TOGAF or enterprise architecture certifications
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking and architecture leadership
Ability to manage complex telecom transformation projects
