Requirements:
Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques for physical, mental, and developmental conditions
Ability to assess patients’ functional abilities and design individualized therapy plans
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of healthcare standards, safety protocols, and documentation procedures
Ability to motivate and support patients through therapy programs
Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ physical, mental, and cognitive abilities
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve daily living and work skills
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs as needed
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
