Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordination processes
Prepare and support payroll processing
Manage timesheets and track attendance
Handle employee onboarding and documentation
Coordinate PRO services (visa, labor, Emirates ID, etc.)
Maintain and update HR files and employee records
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel
Support day-to-day HR administrative activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
1–3 years of UAE HR experience
Hands-on exposure to recruitment, payroll, and PRO coordination
Technical Skills:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, reports, trackers)
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR processes
HRIS or ERP familiarity (optional)
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Salary Provided: AED 3,000 – 4,500 per month (based on experience)
