Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement structured change management strategies aligned with business objectives
Conduct impact assessments and risk evaluations between current and future states
Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
Design and execute comprehensive communication plans
Deliver training, coaching, and change enablement programs
Monitor resistance and implement mitigation strategies
Track adoption metrics, engagement levels, and success indicators
Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in governance activities, including Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
Provide reporting and updates to leadership and project stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related discipline
Preferred Certifications (Highly Valuable)
Prosci Change Management Certification
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
PMP / PRINCE2 (added advantage)

Experience:
9–12 years of relevant experience in Change Management roles
Proven track record in organizational transformation and change adoption

Technical & Professional Skills:
Strong expertise in Change Management frameworks and methodologies
Stakeholder engagement & communication planning
Impact & risk assessment capabilities
Resistance management & mitigation strategies
Excellent reporting & governance coordination skills

Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High resilience, adaptability, and professionalism
Ability to manage complex transitions under tight timelines
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 28,000 – 45,000 per month
(Estimated based on role, location, and seniority level in the UAE market)
