Key Responsibilities:
Lead and govern information security & compliance projects
Manage cybersecurity programs end-to-end
Align initiatives with enterprise security strategy
Coordinate with internal stakeholders & cross-functional teams
Work closely with vendors, partners, and RFP processes
Ensure adherence to governance & compliance frameworks
Track risks, milestones, KPIs, and delivery timelines
Support audit, regulatory, and security assessment activities
Drive project reporting & executive communication
Ensure scalable, secure system delivery
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
Preferred Certifications (Value-Adding)
PMP (Project Management Professional)
PRINCE2 / Agile Certification
Information Security / Governance Certification (advantage)
Experience Requirements:
UAE Nationals: Minimum 5+ years in IT / Project Management
Expatriates: Minimum 8+ years in IT / Project Management
Experience managing information security / compliance projects (highly valuable)
Technical & Professional Skills:
Strong background in IT & project management
Experience in cybersecurity / compliance initiatives
Vendor management & RFP coordination
Governance & risk management understanding
Security program delivery expertise
KPI / milestone / risk tracking
Stakeholder coordination & communication
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership & organizational skills
Strong communication & stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage complex enterprise environments
Problem-solving & decision-making capabilities

AED 18,000 – 32,000 per month
