Job Title: Security Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
High School / Higher Secondary School & Equivalent; ITI or vocational training in security is a plus
3–5 years of experience in security operations or supervisory roles
Experience in managing a team of security personnel
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and access control
Ability to lead, monitor, and train security staff
Excellent observational and reporting skills
Physical fitness and readiness for on-site duties
Knowledge of emergency response and safety procedures
