Key responsibilities and requirements include:
Structural or Civil Engineering educational background
At least 3 years of practical experience specifically in fire stopping systems
Strong working knowledge of UL-approved fire stopping systems and standards
Experience in cost estimation, preparation of BOQs, and technical documentation
Ability to prepare and review AutoCAD drawings related to fire stopping works
Supporting technical sales activities, proposals, and client consultations
Coordinating with project and sales teams to ensure technical accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment
