Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects
Experience in large-scale projects, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region, is an advantage
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or similar)
Ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and progress reports
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of UAE construction laws and contract regulations is a plus
