Key Responsibilities:-
Perform inspection and monitoring of all fabrication activities, including piping, structural steel, skids, vessels, and tanks.
Review and interpret isometric drawings, fabrication drawings, weld maps, and weld symbols to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct stage-wise inspections during fabrication (fit-up, welding, dimensional, visual, and final inspections).
Preparation and submission of Welding Procedures (WPS/PQR) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP), ensuring verification and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Prepare and maintain all required inspection reports, QC documentation, and records.
Participate in internal and client quality audits and preparation of related documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial fabrication projects.
Education, Certifications & Technical Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Certified in CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 or AWS CWI (AWS D1.1 / API 1104
