Job Title: Special Educator
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related field
Certification in special education or inclusive teaching preferred
1–5 years of experience teaching children with special needs, learning disabilities, or developmental disorders
Requirements:
Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education teaching methods
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Ability to assess, monitor, and report student progress
Creativity in designing learning activities tailored to student needs
Ability to collaborate with parents, therapists, and school staff
