Job Title: Yard HSE Lead
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or relevant discipline
Minimum 12 years of experience in Offshore Oil & Gas industry
NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certifications (preferred / mandatory as per role)
Strong offshore safety and compliance background
Immediate availability for interview required
ECR Passport holders will not be prioritized
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of offshore HSE regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
Experience in yard fabrication, construction, or offshore project environments
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
Excellent reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Yard HSE Lead: QAR 15,000 – 20,000 per month
