Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Design: Create 2D layouts and 3D models of plumbing systems (drainage, waste, vent, water supply, fixtures) using AutoCAD or Revit.
Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to integrate plumbing systems with HVAC and electrical, ensuring no system interference.
Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to local, state, and national plumbing codes and standards.
Documentation: Prepare, update, and modify drawings based on redlines, field changes, and project updates.
Technical Support: Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material take-offs for construction teams.
