This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Asimah, Kuwait, for the position of Assistant Pastry Chef. The Assistant Pastry Chef will assist in preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods, adhering to quality standards and recipes. Daily responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workstation, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, and collaborating with the head pastry chef and kitchen staff to contribute to menu innovation and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking
Comprehensive Culinary Skills with attention to detail in precision and creativity
Strong work ethic, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and organizational skills
Formal training in culinary arts or relevant certification is a plus
Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or specialized baking environment is preferred
Ability to work well as part of a team, with effective communication skills
