About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Brand Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a passionate marketing professional who can support brand strategy, campaign execution, and drive brand growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans
Assist in managing product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis
Monitor brand performance and prepare marketing reports
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) and external agencies
Support budget planning and marketing spend tracking
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing
FMCG experience is a strong advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
