Job Title: Admin / Document Controller – Facility Maintenance
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in administration or document control
Facility maintenance experience is mandatory
Requirements:
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
Knowledge of facility maintenance processes, schedules, and reporting
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication and coordination skills
