Job Title: Senior Architectural Engineer – Contractor Background
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project execution
Proven experience working with contracting firms on large-scale construction projects
Experience in managing architectural teams and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of architectural design, building codes, and construction standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
Ability to review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing details
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Experience in site supervision and quality assurance
