Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate real estate project performance
• Prepare periodic performance and management reports
• Supervise real estate documentation management and archiving
• Develop analytical reports and executive dashboards
• Support data-driven strategic decisions
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of portfolio data
• Collaborate with property management and asset teams
Requirements & Qualifications:
Nationality Requirement
• Saudi Nationals (Mandatory)
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
Experience
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in property management or related field
Technical & Professional Skills:
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Experience with dashboards and performance metrics
• Understanding of real estate / property management workflows
• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
• Excellent documentation & organizational skills
• Effective communication & coordination capabilities
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 9,000 – 16,000 per month (Varies based on experience, organization, and portfolio scale)
