Job Title: Customer Support Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Higher Secondary School & Equivalent (depending on company requirements)
1–4 years of experience in customer support or technical support preferred
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical/product issues
Good documentation and reporting skills
Patience and customer-oriented approach
Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems is a plus
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 70,000 – 100,000 per year
