Key Responsibilities:

Conduct HSE orientation, induction, and safety awareness programs for workers and site personnel.
Implement and monitor HSE Plans, Welfare Plans, Emergency Response Procedures, site-specific HSE procedures, and work instructions.
Ensure hands-on implementation of SSOW including PTW, WMS, Risk Assessments, and related safety systems.
Maintain awareness and control measures related to H2S and other site-specific hazards.
Carry out regular HSE inspections and audits across project sites.
Implement incident reporting, investigation procedures, and corrective action follow-ups.
Ensure effective communication of safety requirements and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reports in line with project and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or a 3-year Diploma (equivalent to a Bachelor Degree).
3 to 5 years of HSE experience, including at least one year in construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, or operations within oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.
Additional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH, or a Diploma in Industrial Safety Management are preferred.
Previous experience working as an HSE Officer on similar projects is required.
Proficiency in English with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
