Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead sales operations within the assigned channel
• Achieve volume, value, and profitability targets
• Develop customer relationships and expand market coverage
• Monitor pricing, promotions, stock levels, and collections
• Ensure proper sales execution and compliance
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
Experience
• Saudi National (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HORECA and FMCG
• Previous supervisory experience in sales
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
• Sales reporting and performance tracking expertise
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Sales / Business Development / FMCG Training Certifications
