With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system design, installation, testing, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop HVAC systems based on project requirements.
Prepare load calculations, equipment selection, and duct sizing.
Review drawings and ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and technical submittals.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC design software and MS Office.
Familiarity with international standards and local authority regulations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preference:
Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum one-month notice period will be preferred.
